Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim's travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Our Lounge rejuvenates Prohibition novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and homemade aquavit. Stick-to-your-bones bar snacks are available in the Lounge.

The elegant grand home and chef prepared meal was outstanding. A great place for a unique dinner experience.

What a great place for a date night! We were served a gorgeous five course meal, all of it so fresh and delicious. The cocktails are very yummy and creative, many of them have homemade shrub in the mix, which is fantastic! The scenery inside and out is just beautiful. Our waitress was the best and the chef even came out to say hello. So glad we found this place and we'll definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!!

This was an excellent meal! We will definitely be back! The food was prepared perfectly, the presentation was beautiful. We love farm to table and Winters table did not disappoint. They have a great selection of wines and cocktails to pair with your meal.

Winter’s Table was spectacular! This was our second time dining here, and we’ve already made a reservation to return in a couple weeks :) Highly recommend!
