Excellent professional service. A bit crowded and the kitchen was backed up a bit for entrees. All food choices and sides were superb.

Our second time here, had a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful, although it no longer overlooks the valley, moved to casino floor a while ago. Food was phenomenal, prime rib cooked perfect & tender, braised short rib fork tender, best asparagus I have ever had. Our server, Shawn, was just the right amount of attentiveness, very nice. Two apps, two dinners, two sharable sides, 4 glasses of wine, bread and complimentary sampler drink of the day, our bill was $250 less tip. We’ll be back!

After a ho-hum first visit we decided to give Wm B’s another try. OMG-so glad we did; it was fantastic! From the delicious and beautifully arranged wedge salad to the toffee pudding, everything was wonderful! The sea bass melted in my mouth and my husband’s short rib (which can be tough and stringy ) was just as good. We plan to return for HH and sample the seafood tower. The food was every bit as good as The Strip restaurants have to offer and there’s no fighting traffic or paying for parking.Bobby and Reuben made us feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you.

This was our first time at William B's. It was highly recommended by a dear friend and boy was he right! We made our reservation thru open table and it was an easy process. Fast and friendly service as soon as we arrived. We were seated before our reservation time too. Delicious bread service and you can have as much as your tummy allows. For dinner I had the Steak Frites and my hubby had the Rib Cap with four mouthwatering sides: mushrooms, carrots, street corn and silky smooth whipped potatoes, super yum! Everything was stellar from our calamari appetizer to our dessert. Service was amazing and everyone worked as a team. Highly highly recommend!

The food was pretty good, but our waiter was terrible. The dining experience does take a while, which is fine but 45 minutes into the meal the waiter still hadn’t come by to see if we needed anything so I had to waive him down to ask for more water. The man had zero personality, and zero skills.. and it can’t be blamed on it being New Year’s Eve because our reservation was at 8:30 and there were a lot of empty tables. Will not be going back there, not worth the money.

It was New Years eve. So you should staff accordingly. Service was extremely slow. Several tables left. But the management should know this. Very poor service on a night you should show your best. For the prices they charge this should not have happened.

New Year’s Eve dinner. Our reservation was at 7pm. The bread service didn’t come to the table until 30-40 minutes. The appetizer came in and been done before the bread service came over. The 2nd course - Caesar’s Salad came out an hour after. The main course didn’t come out until 8:20pm. We had to be at the Bingo hall at 9pm. We barely got a few bites and had the main course boxed up to go. I understand it’s busy and I have gone out to other fine dining places during the holidays but this is the slowest service. The server looked so flustered and stressed out. The management should have anticipated a busy night and should have beefed up their staffing.

We made reservations for dinner on NYE. Overall, the dinner was good, but the experience was just okay. There was clearly an issue behind the scene, which affected the service throughout the evening. There was an extensive wait for everything from our cocktails, appetizers, and even the bread service. Our server seemed completely overwhelmed, which made dinner a bit uncomfortable (I felt bad for asking for anything). When the main courses arrived, my husbands steak was a bit under my son's was overcooked, but no one felt like waiting any longer. The positive, the severs acknowledged the wait and seemed genuinely apologetic for the service, which was obviously beyond their control. The cocktails were also quite tasty. We will give them another try.

William B’s Steakhouse at Suncoast Hotel & Casino. It’s New Year’s Eve and it was our first time dining here. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was well done, no pink in sight. I showed it to the waiter and he brought the mgr over who offered to bring another, I’ve never sent a sent a steak back before so I said it was okay. and was told they would comp a desert. Unfortunately I hadn’t try to eat it yet, it was tough to chew and I had to cut in into very small pieces like you do for a child. For desert they brought one cheesecake, I requested a second as there were two of us. The waiter came back and said he couldn’t do that. Almost forgot, on the drink menu we found a new Scotch we wanted to taste before we ordered, it was $38/glass. Was told they didn’t taste “high end” liquor. Bill was $225 and all things considered, I tipped the waiter $50 because he was good. Sid Maestre
