Took friends there from out of town so they could see the area and enjoy the scenery. Everything was good until I tried to redeem my birthday certificate. They didn't take off my entree ($24.99), but instead she took off one of my friend's entrees ($14.99)! When I brought it to her attention, she made some strange comment about she wasn't sure if they could do that???!!!??? Needless to say, they corrected their mistake after I pointed it out! I don't feel the customer should needs to patrol the staff in order to receive a correct bill, but I guess they do! Teach your staff better so the customer doesn't need to police the bill and create an awkward situation.

This place used to be great but everything has gone way downhill and probably why it was pretty empty. Service is so so.. no thoughtfulness on part of the staff, have to ask for everything.. Food quality has really slipped as well.. The last visit a few weeks ago was even a bigger disaster but we figured it was just a bad night. That time she ordered her shrimp with no seasoning and my wings naked with sauce on the side..the shrimp came out seasoned and the wings had sauce on them.. waitress had little comment, took them back and washed them off and brought them back out… Did y’all change Managers to someone that could care less? Don’t think we will ever come back…

We sat at a high top in the bar, so it was noisy, but expected. Food was great! Service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Food was great. Our server needed an attitude adjustment. Yawning while taking your order is a new one. Brought drinks, didn’t remove the old ones. Just left napkins and silver on a crop the table for us to distribute. Have have had much servers in the past. She really didn’t want to be there or working.

The first person we met as we arrived was not friendly. Wanted to sit us by the door and we requested a table in the back. We had two elderly ladies with us and wanted less commotion. While he did find a table for our group of 6, he made me feel uncomfortable; as if he was put out by our request. Talk about first impressions! Thankfully, our waitress was attentative, meals were plentiful and delicious! We will be back....

The food was great! The gator bites were my favorite appetizer. They should come out with an entree called “gator strips” lol. The drinks were great and the staff was very friendly, and easy on the eyes. The drinks were stiff, and they weren’t lacking at all. I will most definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Server was not attentive, and food was okay at best. One of our apps never came out, server told us at the end of our meal it was because she forgot to put the order in. My food and my son's food was barely warm, and my mahi was over cooked. The restaurant wasn't busy and yet we all still waited on refills. I have always had a great experience at this location until this time. We were there celebrating my son's 13th birthday, and we were very unimpressed.
