   We had a great lunch. Our server was Kriklynn and she was new. She did a great job. Food was excellent and good size portions. I highly recommend the Jambalaya

   4th time visiting this location and absolutely hated it again. We made a reservation at 5:45 and didn’t get pour food until 7:30.. food was for the wrong table first go around and then second time half of the food was cold and or forgotten about. Waiter was kind but they don’t have the cook situated and for that many people in the restaurant… just keeps happening and will never go back.

   When we arrived they warned us of the wait for food due to the system being down which we were fine with. But when we seen people that arrived after us get food drinks before us I thought it was crazy. But I didn’t complain. When food came it was cold. Gator bites were very chewy. Calamari was very chewy also. Took forever to get the main course. And afterwards waiting on the bill. Went to use the bathroom it was very dirty and I always check to make sure there is tissue and there wasn’t. I went to the host desk and asked she stated that they were completely out. How can you run a restaurant and not have toilet paper.

   It took almost 2 hours to get our food. We sat around 8pm, ordered our food by 8:30 and didn’t have any food until 10pm. The food came out at different times so my family was done eating before mine even came out. My veggies were barely cooked. They couldn’t even make the potatoes because they were too backed up so they gave me French fries. Miserable experience, and we’ve been many times so this was a first where the service was just unbelievably terrible.

   We had a 7:45 reservation. By 10:00 we still had not received our food. Paid for drinks and left.

   We came there after our wedding and we were seated in a very uncomfortable hightop by the water at night so it was very chilly. We didn’t get waters for about 45 minutes and our food didn’t arrive for an hour and a half. We ended up, leaving and just boxing it up, but they offered us no compensation for, their lack of timeliness. Will not be going back.

   I made a reservation for valentines dinner .. I made it for 6:30 . We were seat promptly. They were wayyyy understaffed.. We ordered .. we didn’t get our food for an hour and 45 minutes . We had our drinks .. the waitress finally came over to do refills which was about an hour after we ordered .my BF never got his drink.. when the waitress came over, she said you want another one . we said we ordered 1 but we never  received it.  She apologized, but it still took another 25 minutes to get his second drink .. The food was good .alittle pricey.. I asked for a box ( that was a mistake) she never brought it.. then she came over 45 minutes later and just gave us the bill .. I said I still need a box.. she said oh yeah that’s right.. did I get the box ?? No .. I waited another 30 minutes after we paid to get a box . In the meantime, my boyfriend went up to find a box. Service just sucked .. they need to hire more people, especially when it’s a holiday.

    Our waitress was very nice given the conditions of staffing. Our 6:15 reservations were honored and we walked right to our table. However, our appetizers took almost an hour (fish bites), and our dinner not only took over 90 minutes to show up, but both the ribs and the shrimp in the shrimp tacos were burnt and barely warm. The fries with the ribs were cold and old. The tables around us were not cleared which caused napkins and other debris to blow around in the sand, by the water. The manager came and did not charge for our meal or drinks. We did not eat them so that was nice. We gave our waitress a generous tip and left. It was a very disappointing Valentine’s Day dinner and dinner experience. We appreciate that management could clearly see the issues and did not charge us. We are local and frequent Whiskey Joes several times a year and have never had such a disappointing experience as this.
