   Four seater booths are really for two people. Too squished with four people.

   Food was outstanding. Service was a little lacking this time. Wish there were drink specials for brunch. A little pricey for what you get.

   Our second time at Whiskey Cake in Jacksonville FL. Very good food both times. Service is friendly, polite and fast. We will go back for sure.

   This restaurant has potential but right now it is hit or miss. On the positive they did not rush our table to complete our dining experience. Staff was friendly and the manager even came to our table when an item was not available to apologize and offer an appetizer gift certificate. The mock tails were even better than the drinks with alcohol! The negatives were food did not come out hot. And the fries that came with the steak were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The steak was tough at times and only warm. The bacon appetizer was very good, the brussel sprouts were mushy and spicy. The whiskey cake was good but pepper flavored with some bites. the whipped cream was really tasty! pricing was on the high side for ok entrees. I am hopeful the missed opportunities will improve.

   Met some friends for brunch and had a wonderful time. Server was lovely, appetizer, candied bacon, was amazing and the breakfast platter was on point. Not to mention the adult beverages quite tasty!

   My friend and I made a reservation and had no issue getting a table quickly upon arrival. Lots of mixed drinks/cocktails on the menu, but the food selection was limited. Service was subpar, they had plenty of staff/waiters but the kitchen must have been backed up because it took a while for them to get an appetizer and whiskey cake to my table. I've been to the Whiskey Cake in Plano TX and it was superior. Hopefully, this location improves but it was an okay time, wouldn't recommend.

   Our waitress Sharina was very friendly and her service was amazing. She was able to explain the dishes on the menu and her recommendations were spot on. The food was amazing the Thai duck wings were absolutely delicious and the fish and chips were the best I have ever had. The chicken sandwich melt my gf got was soooo good and they have the best fries either of us have had. The restaurant was beautiful and we sat outside and the ambiance was cozy and comforting. Only not so positive part about our experience was that some wires got crossed between the greeter and our server so we sat for like 15 mins with no service. The manger comped our drinks for the inconvenience and everything after that was nothing short of amazing.
