   Food and atmosphere was lovely. Our server spent most of the night flirting with 2 guys at the table behind us so we were constantly without drink refills. We asked for a child's menu for our son, yet never received one. We had to them ask her to tell us what was available for children. She seemed rushed and impatient to finish up with us so she could get back to the table behind us and finish her socializing. Typically, we are known for our overly generous tips (especially during holidays), but this time, we left the standard percentage. Would return, but would request a different waitress.

   Viviana was an excellent server. She was very attentive, polite and made sure everything was right. We will definitely be going back.

   Didn’t honor 7:15 reservation. Ended up being seated at 8 pm. Hostess had an attitude and made a sarcastic remark. Didn’t bother making a comment to the manager, we were all a little frustrated. Our waitress Cassandra was great!! Definitely made up for the frustration.

   We held our office xmas party there. Steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. The menu was varied with choices for everyone. Very well priced. We were very satisfied with our visit.

   The food was delicious, especially the steaks. One person in our party ordered chicken Alfredo and wasn’t crazy about it, but hey this is a steak house. The drinks were excellent, I had the Lemon Drop and it was perfect. Our server Liliana was very prompt in taking our orders and making certain everything was good . She was very friendly and professional.

   Server was very scattered. Took 40mins to get bread to table. My salad was so delayed it came with my entree. I was told my party would have a private room & we did not.

    West Texas Chop House is our go to place when visiting El Paso. It is consistently good, with excellent steaks and sides. Casual atmosphere and a relaxing place for couples and small groups.
