   My sister and I have been coming to Bury to begin our Christmas shopping for the past few years now. We happened upon West Ivy a few years ago when everywhere else we’d visited was fully booked. We were so impressed that we’ve returned time and time again. For us, it’s the ambiance of the place that instantly relaxes us after a full afternoon of shopping. The staff are so lovely, and attentive. The food, amazing!! My sister and I opt to share a few dishes and can recommend the cheesy peppercorn chips, amongst many others.

   Lovely meal. Did not feel rushed at all. All the staff were very polite and attentive. Meal was delicious.

   Staff were great, from walking through the door, to being served and dealing with our questions they were all really nice and very efficient. My meal was a bit spicier than I was expecting so I asked for some sour cream and the waitress quickly brought me some along with a glass of water, just incase. I had the chicken and chickpea salad and my husband had the lamb burger and they were both really nice. Will definitely go back.

   Lovely experience again at West Ivy - our 2nd time and each time the stand out factor has been the staff. The managers set the tone of the staff - very friendly and attentive. Very good on allergies and a manager takes all allergy orders. Served by a lovely young lady called Lucy who was friendly and attentive, as were all staff we dealt with. Food good, good separate Gluten Free menu, good value for money. Overall excellent and will definitely return .

    This review is a bit delayed as I visited way back on the 6th October however I couldn’t just not say anything! We had a slight hiccup with our food never being put through however this was quickly resolved and the gentleman who helped resolve it could not have been more apologetic! He was such a lovely guy (I’m not sure if he’s the manager but he’s an amazing asset to the team) He was such a great help and ensured we left as happy as we arrived. I can’t thank him enough as he turned it into such a great experience, especially since we were celebrating a birthday! I didn’t manage to get his name but thank you so much 🫶🏽
