   Another nice meal in Weavers, food and service excellent. Staff always very welcoming and friendly. As it is the festive period there was a few children dining and unfortunately a couple of them a little over excited screaming loudly and running around the restaurant which was a bit distracting. Restaurant was very cold but staff see trying to resolve with portable heaters but it is the only negative about Weavers as it does seem a persistent problem.

   Staff were so helpful, considerate & polite.., the whole Christmas experience was delightful & very enjoyable!

   Fantastic place and the fact it's dog friendly is a bonus..booked for Hogmany as we had such a great time !

   Food was average , fish and chips , fish was ok chips were wedges over cooked in salt , on advising server of this matter she laughed and reply she knew - 3 of 4 of us had fish and chips . 3 plates returned back to kitchen with wedges hardly touched . No apology or slight discount offered .it won’t be a place I will be returning to for food or recommending to anyone .

   We had a lovely meal recently. Menu restrictions led due to Christmas party menu, but we still found something to keep us happy. Warm welcome and attentive waiting staff. Great venue and should be the number one pub in town, so keep the standards up.

   The staff were happy and attentive. Robert in particular was very helpful. The food was plentiful and tasty. We are going back

    Very good lunch, just 2 points needs to be changed, first the beetroot-mackerel, no need to add with the pesto, the pâté was good enough without that and 2nd point, very disappointing with the crème brûlée, looks like more a custard cream than a crème brûlée.
