Open table reservation was not received at restaurant but we did get a table. Understaffed so everything took a while. Waitress was fantastic. She was jammed but was able to remain cheerful.

Horrible- no record of reservation. Poor attitude form hosts and bartenders. We had one drink and left on Mother’s Day. We will not be returning x

They no longer honor OpenTable reservations. They were understaffed and when I said we had a res through OT, they honored it for me but said they use Resy now.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch. I had ordered the Belgian waffle which was supposed to come with whipped cream and strawberries, but were missing. Also, a side of pork roll was ordered and came out cold. Service was friendly.

Overall we enjoyed waterman’s- I think the menu is beautifully varied with some interesting (and delicious) options (the potato skins were amazing!). The manager and chef did come over which i thought was classy and nice. However, I had mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday and would like a nice quiet space. Yes, we were given a table in the corner of the main room. However, that room is extremely loud, no ambiance where we were, we felt put in the corner (would have been nice to be in the room with the chandelier if possible), and although our server was sweet, because we were in the corner I feel we were a second thought and therefore service was slow. Also- if someone tells you they are celebrating, a small gesture on the house is always appreciated? No candle in a small dessert, nothing. It’s the little things. We may come back as there were other menu items that looked intriguing, but I’m not feeling the need to rush back.

Food and drinks were great and we definitely overstayed our reservation and the staff was great, didn't bother us at all. Let us stay as long as we liked.

Atmosphere middle of the road, table cloths a step above pub, but not elegant. Food was ok, pricy 350 for 4 people with tax and tip
