    Water Grill is hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver. The food is always amazing, the service is beyond exceptional, and the overall experience every time we go there has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant for ANY occasion - celebrations, work functions, happy hour with friends. It meets all the criteria and more!

    Food was fresh and delicious. Raw oysters were excellent. Halibut was exceptionally tasty. Ciopino was comforting and satisfying. It was a good meal for all.

    This restaurant was recommended to us by friends awhile back. Maybe things have changed since they dined. We were not impressed with the food. And, the service was extremely slow. The server seemed good enough but delivery of food and drink took forever. We were there for 2 hours from start to finish with no dessert. I expected better calamari, the wedge salad was bland, the lobster bisque had a tasty piece of lobster but the bisque itself tasted like tomato soup. We shared the smallest spiny lobster they had which gave us a little over a pound a piece. Not a bad portion size but it didn’t really taste that great. There are much better restaurants in town that get our repeat business.

    Overall outstanding experience! The food was amazing and we had the perfect round table by the fireplace. The lighting was beautiful and the service impeccable. Will be back!

    Our favorite restaurant in Denver. Do yourself a favor and get the octopus appetizer and sea bass with gnocchi. You won’t be disappointed. This is our go to restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries. We celebrated our anniversary this trip and the meal was outstanding as usual. Must try for anyone looking for outstanding seafood in landlocked Denver.
