    Whilst only newly opened, this venue still has a lot of work to do to justify the prices. Some things on the menu are just too expensive for what they are and when combined with mediocre service it just didnt stack up for me. The standouts were the lobster sando which was excellent and the bug dumplings. Staff need better attention to detail.... several times drinks got completely empty and weren't refilled without us having to look around and wave down a staff member. Steak was ordered medium and came out rare.... not med rare, it was rare! I hate sending back food but i wasn't eating a $75 steak that wasn't to my liking. The excuse was it was a mix up in the kitchen. Again these kinds of mistakes when you're paying 75 for a steak just shouldn't happen. Yes they made me another steak but it just spoils the whole meal when you need to intervene and point out thier failings.... Some more staff training is really needed, some of the girls there were fine but others were just out of thier depth doing odd things like putting plates out of reach on the table etc. In terms of alcohol choices, that was ordinary too with a beer line up being all from Asahi and their affiliates. No decent craft beer that was independent and actually nice, just awful out dated offerings.... Generally what could've been a far better experience was spoiled by rookie errors and inconsistency accross the board Not sure I'd risk it again at these type of prices.....

    Excellent venue, Such a great spot for a cheeky weekday lunch. Started with the Wang Chung cocktail Followed by Lobster Sando Moreton Bay bug dumplings Bang Bang Chicken Salad. All absolutely delicious. Will be back

    Having been a very frequent visitor to Tide on The Jetty, We think the change of cuisine format is great. Now we have been once, we have a much better understanding of the format to order and will make the most of the options that are on the menu. It will be easy to be a regular. See you next Time C&A

    Wang Chung, over the water, with a cool vibe and immaculate view, food and service to pair with it! With the wide variety of food your tastebuds will be tingling, the favourite of the night was the wonton tacos (if you don’t get them you’re missing out)!! Will definitely be returning!
