   The restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and the staff was far from welcoming. After we were seated, our waiter began asking us where we had eaten steak before and specifically mentioned Eddie V’s, which completely turned us off. We were in the process of ordering drinks and inquired about a particular pinot noir on the wine list. The waiter told us it was sold out, and when we asked about another, it was the same answer. The only option he seemed to push was the most expensive glass or bottle of pinot noir on the list. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes without receiving our drinks. The waiter never returned to share the specials or check in on us. At that point, with no one attending to us, we decided to leave. It was a horrible experience, and we won’t be returning. Save your money and look elsewhere.

   Definitely not what was expected for the area and price point. The grill octopus was outstanding. Cooked to perfection. That was the only thing they got right the entire meal for 3 including appetizers , entrees and dessert. Wouldn't go back - disappointing for such a high end restaurant. Rest of the food was over cooked or undercooked. With so many steak/seafood restaurants in that vicinity you would think they would be on their top game with service and food.

   Although the food took a little long to come to the table, it was excellent and well worth the wait.

   $300 Valentine's dinner with tip. Food was cold and different sizes on same order, temperature were off. Had better @ Outback

   Wow, this place has really gone down hill. The first two drinks we ordered they were out of the liquor for both drinks. The wait time in between the apps and salad was crazy long. Our meals were ok. We had a party of six and half had steak and half had the sea bass. Unfortunately I doubt we will return unless we hear things have improved. The bright spot was our server.

   We frequent Vines as we live in the area and it’s always really good whether for lunch, dinner, or happy hour. The meals we had last night were among the best we’ve had there. I had the orange thyme salmon and my husband had the snapper. Of course we added the lobster mac. Also had lamb lollipops as an appetizer. Everything was delicious!

   We had a great experience at Vines. Food was delicious and wait staff charming and friendly. The grilled octopus and beef carpaccio were perfectly done, and steaks made specifically to order. We went on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy, but the atmosphere would be lively if so. Cool place for a fun night out!

    The food and drinks were outstanding along with the price. The ambience was perfect for the occasion but the setting there would be great at any time. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Perfect date night location.
