   There were so many delicious things on the menu it made it hard to choose. The staff did a great job of recommending wines and the service was outstanding! They make you feel like family. It will definitely be a repeat when we are in the area.

   We haven’t been to San Diego for awhile, but lucked into a reservation on Valentines Day. I wondered if the restaurant could really be as good as all the glowing reviews. It was! Food and service were incredible. All four of us raved about our meals. The service was personal and the ambience was like a comfortable, cozy neighborhood restaurant. I only wish it was in our neighborhood rather than 800 miles away. But we won’t let the distance get in the way of returning. Thank you!

   We enjoyed our dinner, although I did have to send my dish back as pasta not cooked completely. The portions are very large. Prices are great. Location was great. The main problem is the noise level. Can not visit at all. Service was excellent! Would probably not go back because of noise level.

   Paula was exceptional, and helped make it extraordinary from cocktail, to appie, wine pairing for our main. The food was authentic Italian, perfectly paired with the service

    We’ve been back twice now and we have another reservation coming up. The food is excellent. And the service is even more divine. The owner Giuseppe is so pleasant and caring as is his staff. The artichoke appetizer is to die for. Highly recommend this hidden culinary gym
