   Our first visit and overall very nice. Food was excellent, service very good. The only very minor issue is that while booking, I was asked if we were going to the restaurant to celebrate an occasion. I said yes, my wife’s birthday and assumed, as is the case at most restaurants, this would be acknowledged. It wasn’t and that was a little disappointing. But as I say, overall, very good.

   Food very good but unfortunately it was my brother birthday when I booked I explained this and was told they wrote it down and make it special i was very disappointed that the occasion wasn’t mentioned and there was no note. As I said this was a special lunch

   Restaurant is very bland no real feel of an Italian ambience Not very elegant really just a functional space with simple tables and chairs Service is quick and very polite Very friendly staff Menu is extensive and food is generally good

   a very good italian in an area with few decent places. good food and great service, very noisy with little sound absorption. so difficult to hear!!

   Food and service is fantastic. I particularly liked the cocktail menu too and the wine list. However the decor and ambience is very plain, borderline boring for an Italian boutique Restaurant that serves high end food and drinks. It’s lacking the vibe to match the amazing food… but definitely a place to go to for a great Italian meal.

   Fabulous food. Service could be more attentive, but then the bill was brought without asking which I don’t like. The issue is the ambience. We were sat in the back room. There is no atmosphere there at all. The lighting it far too bright and it needs things on the wall for character and to feel less like you are in a school dining hall! Atmosphere may be better in the front, both times I’ve visited I’ve been sat sat the back, but it’s still too light in the front. Please dim the lights in the evenings!

   Waiters had no idea of content of specials. Drinks took forever despite reminding Main came with chefs salad apparently that is what an anaemic single thread of watercress amounts too. Stroppy manager when asked Mains at different times. Sides wrong Plenty of staff but appeared clueless

    Food -very good Service -very attentive Decor bland -Bare white walls -soul less ! Needs some pictures, maybe some nice wallpaper, white table cloths and some gentle background music ! They are In a very competitive area with lots of mediocre Italian Restaurants, if they take on board what most people are saying and change these small things it could be something special like Villa Bianca Hampstead, which is what the area needs! I really hope they do.
