   Firstly, my reservation was not honored. They don't accept rooftop reservations even though it's not specified in OpenTable. I approach the host about my rooftop reservation situation and she kept interrupting me stating first come, first serve. I explained to her that I booked rooftop reservations on the app but she continued to interrupt my explaination. When closing out the tab, the waitress hovered over our bill waiting for me to sign immediately. I don't think the waitress understands how it works in restaurants. She literally waited for me to sign in front of her. My party and I were perplexed by her behaviour and were very dissastified by whole experience. Additionally, the bartender on the ground floor had strong body order.

   Raphael and other staff took care of us very well. It was a pleasure visiting Vida Verde for friend’s birthday. Thank you again for accommodating us!

   Our server was very helpful in describing the taco of the Month. Her attentiveness made it a lot easier for us to continue to order and enjoy our “girls” dinner which was a bottomless for 90mins of 4 different cocktails. One being traditional frozen margarita and my favorite to e “pretty woman.” Highly recommend. Is my 4th time and I enjoy it every time.

   We were there last night 4/5/2025, food was really good, ambiance was awesome, drinks were not weak. The music was not blaring out loud so you can still carry on a conversation. The only thing is DJ kinda sucked....playing lots of mixed music, just all over the place. Nothing to dance too. we were waiting it out till midnight hoping his setlist would change; it didnt.

    Awful experience starting at the host stand. Had a reservation, but host wouldn't seat my friend until I arrived. At 5:30 restaurant was overrun with screaming patrons. Service was inattentive at best, have had better, more authentic Mexican at regional airports and the screaming--I didn't realize adults behaved that way in public. Needed somewhere close to City Center for a quick pre-theater meal--this was a terribly unfortunate choice.
