   The quality of the Sunday lunch, both beef and vegetarian options, was excellent, well presented and timely. It was our first time at this stunning restaurant which is perfectly situated with a lovely view out of the window and we would definitely choose to return. Would definitely recommend, many thanks.

   Lovely Sunday lunch out. Waitress (Latvian) was very nice, attentive and friendly. Even sang solo Happy Birthday! Great food, good portion size and all round great Sunday roast

   Lovely place to eat, service was really good attentive but not intrusive, Sunday lunch, we both had beef ,was great, would go back.

   Delicious 2 course lunch menu for £22. A good range of dishes to choose from the Mon to Fri Lunchtime set menu. I can recommend the tomato & pepper soup and Avocado and spicy chick pea salad. Finished off with a good coffee. If you have room for 3 courses a drink is included. A beautiful room to dine in and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful when we asked questions about the food.

   Would have been nice to have not sat with large groups as too noisy. Seats weren’t clean; wooden table had chips in it; tea cups were stained with tea; smokers kept using the garden door which let in a cold breeze every few minutes.

   We went for a late lunch after celebrating signing the paperwork for our marriage and the whole experience was amazing. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was really good and the portions were very generous. The room was quite quiet which was lovely - we did eat at around 3pm on a Tuesday so it was to be expected but worked for us! We will absolutely go again.

   I had the fish and chips which wasn’t very good but the service was fab and the ambiance was too
