You will enjoy a Buffet that includes: Freshly baked pastries, caesar salad house made dressing and croutons, shrimp cocktail tower, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, butchers cut bacon, roasted potatoes, penne bolognese, hand made crispy gnocchi with four cheese fondue & black truffle, french toast with berries compote and real maple syrup, Italian sausage and bean ragout, shrimp and grits. CARVING STATION : Roasted strip steak, smoked salmon with fresh herb dressing DESSERT: Tiramisu , vanilla risotto w/honey and pistachio, fresh fruit. Adults (12 and Over) $55 per person; Children (11 and under) $25 per person. Reservations for 2-5 Guests have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Reservations for 6+ have a reserved dining time of 1 hour 45 minutes. This is a prepaid experience. We require minimum 7-day notice for cancellations without penalty.     Delicious! Sarah took excellent care of us! We had Caesar salad with anchovies, lobster tortellini, Brussel sprouts and bread pudding. They kindly and nicely split our salad and pasta for us.

    One of our orders was clearly a kids meal but we received and was charged for full meal. Chicken was very undercooked. Food was overpriced.

    The brussel sprouts are so good. Bolognese and Lobster pasta dishes were wonderful. Never have had a bad meal at Via Vite.
