   It was very much an interesting experiential dining. It was different and food quality and craftsmanship was great, but it wasn’t overall superb in tasting and service. It was a bit underwhelming from my expectations. The music was a tad bit loud. If you’re thinking of getting the non-alcoholic flight, don’t. It’s expensive and the drinks don’t taste very good. I get it’s made in-house, but I mean…how do you mess up barley tea by mixing it with other ingredients, making it taste like dirt?! Only one drink was good form the flight and it was kiwi-based juice. Tasted like fresh pressed juice.

   Perfect service , competent and attentive but not overbearing. Great creative cuisine with top of the top food sourced from first rate producers Technically a masterpiece

   Vespertine did not disappoint!!! Chef Jordan Kahn is a genius! The curated tasting menu paired with finest wines + an option for a mocktail pairing had definitely elevated our dine in experience. The food was creative, succulent, and bursting with flavor. Service was excellent! Staff was very attentive. The building itself is such a fine architecture. Vespertine = The BEST!

   I can’t stop thinking about this meal—even five days later! It wasn’t just food; it was a masterpiece. Each dish felt like a journey for both the palate and the mind. If you’re open to a truly immersive dining experience and willing to splurge, this is one indulgence that’s absolutely worth every penny. The staff was beyond incredible—gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable, even packing up my favorite emulsion to savor at home (and trust me, it was just as delicious the next day!). From start to finish, everything about this place exudes artistry and warmth. If you’re ready for an unforgettable culinary adventure, this is the spot. Yummm…

   I thought the experience here was one of a kind even compared with other fine dining experiences. It's a once of a lifetime experience, but you'll certainly have to pay for it.

   This was, without a doubt, one of the top 5 dining experiences of my life; I told the waiter it was the USA's answer to Noma. Unbelievably creative, visually stunning, absolutely delicious food with exquisite service; it should be on everyone's bucket list.

    Another impeccable experience at Vespertine. Second time visiting since the reopening in April. This visit was intended on experiencing a similar caliber experience as before, but not sure if the regained two Michelin stars have made a difference but it was surely a completely different experience than last time. Food - The menu was very similar to last time, but the flavor profile and balance has improved significantly. The tedious details in the dishes also including presentation - well noticed and very well executed. Service and ambiance - very very casual chic. It is as inviting and humble as a two Michelin star can get. Black uniform could be intimidating, but open a conversation - they are very easy to have a casual conversation with. I understand why this could be a hit or miss for many - my personal assumption would be that this type of effort and orchestration is naturally more appreciated by the more experienced diners who consider these special occasions an immersive experience rather than a dinner night out. I would strongly recommend if anyone is looking for a very well organized immersive gastronomic experience. From herbs to proteins and techniques they use - if you find everywhere else quite boring, then it may be the best time for you to go dine at Vespertine.
