   We went to Verbena for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had let them know that we would be bringing our own bottle of champagne and the table was set accordingly. The appetizers were delicious including a very inventive take on ceviche. We both ordered the chile relleno which was a tad too spicy for my taste but perfect for my wife. The tres leches cake was wonderful as was the service.

   Appetizers were tasty but the main dish (chili relleno) was bland (lacked seasoning or salt) and the sauce was overly creamy so it wound up as a mush. They were also out of several wines by glass I tried to order and did not have substitutes.

   We had an engagement luncheon at the restaurant. It was the perfect setting with big windows and lots of light. The staff did a wonderful job serving all 12 of our party. Highly recommend!

   Fantastic meals & service! We have breakfast & mimosas here every year before going to The Christmas Affair downtown & Verbena never disappoints! Every menu option is delicious!

   Great experience with Rachael! Lobster Benedict and Buffalo truffle chicken sandwich were perfect! Tons of lobster on the Benedict too! Loved the ambiance on the patio too ❤️
