Food was delicious. Seafood was great quality, had oysters and shrimp to start and then a lobster salad. Server was attentive and drinks were also good. On the expensive side but quality was worth it. Ambience was dark and cozy, seating comfortable and private. Loved it!

We requested standard seating in our reservation but were put at the high tops in the bar. We went along with it because we were just excited for our date. Being at the bar wasn’t a problem until we were eating out main course and a group of very loud and drunk guys came in. They proceeded to lean on our table and chairs literally shouting because they were so drunk. We asked our waitress to address it, she kind of did quietly in passing to one guy. They immediately went back to using our table once she walked away. We were super uncomfortable as we didn’t want a confrontation with a bunch of drunk dudes. We attempted to politely get their attention and ask them to leave our table but they ignored us. At one point one of the guys set his drink on our table and I had to loudly say “excuse me” to get his attention. Then I said “this is our dinner table” he moved off and then they proceeded to loudly mock us for the rest of the time. When we got up to leave their group was again pressed up against our table and blocking the way out. So my husband said “excuse me fellas” and then they loudly began mocking us again saying “excuse me this is our dinner table”. No staff paid attention to this behavior and our waitress wasn’t even able to keep up with our waters. We would sit for 10 minutes at a time without drinks because she was never around our table. The food was excellent but the service and our experience with rowdy bar guests was crazy. I can’t believe we were left to handle it alone and that no staff stepped into help. It went on for a good half an hour.

What a disappointment! Instead of the beautiful dining room pictured on their website, we were seated in a drab off-duty coffee shop. Worst ambiance ever. The least they could do is make it clear when you reserve if you are getting the nice room or the drab off-duty coffee shop. Terrible value, lousy evening.

This was pretty mid to poor. We ended up having half our meal comped. Steak au pouvre was super salty, the Beouf Bourguignon was inedible and not traditional, and the tarteflette was just not. They have proper French wines and their Manhattan was on POINT, but that's not enough to overcome the experience being lackluster. The server did say the kitchen was a conundrum of sorts that night. It was for a birthday dinner, so oeuf in our face.

The food was delicious, especially the trout and the shrimp cocktail. No issues with the service. However, they are in major need of replacing all the furniture. The wood tables have gouges in it. The white table chair cushions were not white anymore. The wicker chairs needed to be re-woven because they were busted It looked disgusting that I didn’t even want to sit on it. And the booth cushions had stuffing coming out of it. It’s those cushions that as soon as you sit down because they’re old from wear and tear you sink way down in your Cin touches the table.

The place is nice but underwhelming in ambience & decor. I wish the tables had been dressed with white linens and more elegant touches. Our server, Glendy, was very sweet and polite. It was nice to enjoy rose champagne by the glass. The burger and steak were good. Do not miss the carrot cake because it was absolutely delicious.

We were there for the power lunch (2 course weekday for $29). My husband had the onion soup and burger. I had the salad and the steak frites (which had the surcharge of $12). All 4 courses were absolute perfection. Even with the surcharge, it was still a great value. We will be telling all our friends about it and definitely will be returning.
