   FANTASTIC atmosphere. We had a great night of conversation and drinks all while listening to cool soft jazz in one room, a piano in another. I cannot describe how awesome the VTR was--we loved it and the evening flew by.

   Highly recommend making a reservation for the back bar. A great experience and the christmas decor added to the ambiance.

   Great atmosphere but had a large group and the drink orders were slow in coming. Based on the price of the drinks would have expected a little better service. But overall good and knowledgeable work staff.

   I do not know why we waited so long to go to the Velvet Tango Room! The ambiance is classic and cozy. The small plates are not that small and they were delicious. We had the Smoked Salmon Platter and the Charcuterie Board - excellent. Jaxs was our mixologist and the Chartreuse drinks were excellent as well as the other drinks that were carefully and artistically created. We look forward to our next visit and we will not wait this long next time!

   I generally love the Velvet Tango Room, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. It is is always slow, but only because they make their cocktails so lovingly. But this time, two drinks never got ordered. After asking a couple of times, they finally delivered the drinks, and said they would comp them due to the excessive delay. But since they insisted we pay with a single check, a real inconvenience, we only discovered later after sorting out the bill that they did not comp the two drinks. I know that the venue was extremely busy, but I expect better from such a classy establishment.

   Such a cool place! The menu is huge. The server can give you awesome recs based on what spirit you like.

   We had an early reservation and opted to sit outside, in the back given the lovely weather. Bennett took good care of us and we had a few cocktails, enjoying the outdoors all to ourselves for the entire time we were there. Nice job folks, thanks for taking good care of me and Ava. If we get back to Cleveland we'll definitely make our way back!

    Such a great time! We had a reservation for my birthday and we were running late due to dinner and they held my reservation for us! We were seated directly next to the jazz trio and it was great! Highly recommend!
