After the success of his first three pop-up supper clubs series, Chef Carl is back to take you on a trip across the world with 5 mouth-watering courses that display the plant-based excellence at the heart of Métropolitain’s cuisine. Partnered up with EatPlanted, a plant-based meat brand, expect to be wowed that the dishes you're eating are fully vegan.

Carl’s dining concept, 'Métropolitain', began with the food, but has evolved into a community of passionate foodies that aims to bring people together to celebrate diversity, art and culture, whilst inspiring intrigue with creative and fun vegan cuisine. Guests can expect a conceptual experience - it’s a little like stumbling into a French-inspired fashion show.
