   Had lunch on a Thursday early afternoon. Plenty of open tables. Servers available and attentive and knowledgeable. Had lamb and gyro both good and filling. Banana cream pie extremely tasty. Highly recommend.

   We visited this restaurant with our baby in a stroller, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a table that was right in the middle of a busy walkway, making it very congested. The staff saw us struggling but made no effort to accommodate us or make things easier. When I went to change my baby's diaper, I was glad they had a changing pad, but there were no liners available. On top of that, the lighting in the restroom was so dim that it made cleaning up difficult. As for the food, nothing really stood out except for the zucchini chips, which were quite good. I had mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, so when we ordered dessert, I expected at least a small gesture—maybe a sparkler or a simple acknowledgment—but there was nothing. Given that we ordered a lot and spent quite a bit, it felt like there was no effort to make the night special. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

   There was confusion as to what was included with an entree. Manager must have told server upon that their demeanor an attitude changed. Both were at the door when we departed and they did not say thank nor have a good night.

   Everything was great, as always! Our server, Heather, was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the wine. We will definitely continue coming back, as Vasili’s is one of our favorite restaurants!
