   Arrived around 845pm, restaurant not crowded. Went to bar, waited 10 min, no one ever came. Half of restaurant enthralled in smoke from burnt items in kitchen. Sent Irish coffee back 3 times, server didn't know ingredients or stain temperature request. $70 for 2 drinks, 2 soups, and smores 😔

   I’ve wanted to try this restaurant for quite some time so decided to go for NYE. The experience was just ok. The server wasn’t as attentive as I would have liked. The aioli was missing from my entree and I asked about it and she brought some but it was cold. The brisket dip was not good at all. It was sweet and you couldn’t taste the brisket. The chicken and black beans were good. Overall Urban Roast wasn’t bad but it didn’t live up to the hype.

   Really amazing date night in DC! Went right after Christmas and they still had it all cute and decorated. Drinks and food were great and so was the service. Would definitely recommend!

   Very pretty restaurant. Had lamb and short rib. It was good. Not great. But good. It was ready quicker than expected so not sure if that meant it had been "ready". The tiramisu was incredible tho'. Service was spot on.

   I have been to urban Rose before service has been remarkable the food wonderful but yesterday I have to say that it was one of the worst service that we got I felt the server was bothered with any changes that we made to the point where I addressed it to the server we were able to tell in his face that he was not pleased with us. I will definitely go back, but I would hope we don’t get that server.

   Urban Roast is a lovely spot with beautiful decor, and their Christmas decorations are especially stunning right now - very festive and cozy! The ambiance is definitely a highlight. However, they do limit time at the table, which can feel a bit rushed. Also, during my visit, there seemed to be some smoke or something in the air, possibly from oil, that made both me and my friend tear up. It was a bit uncomfortable and took away from the experience. Overall, it's a great place to visit for the vibe and decor, but I hope they can address the air quality issue.

   The food is awful. The scrambled eggs had sulfured eggs in it which I’m not sure how that is even possible. The salmon avocado toast is listed as smoked salmon but is actually raw like sushi grade salmon. Service is awful honestly. My sister in law is a local and said don’t go for food just drinks.. should of listened

   Terrible service, drinks were ridiculously priced and made with no care. Only recommend going for photos and leaving quickly bc it’s not worth the money or time

    Decorations are cute, but unfortunately the service is really bad. I like the good photography taking for a professional. It will be great the season cocktails could have something special related with the names.
