   The atmosphere was beautiful. We enjoyed all of the Christmas decor! When ordering I was told a sandwich came with certain ingredients and it was brought out differently. The item was returned and replaced in a timely manner. All the food was served timely and was great. The drinks were great as well! The only thing that’s raised concerns was when asking for the check we did not receive a physical copy, we were read off what was ordered and given the total amount verbally. We then informed our server that we were paying cash and then suddenly presented with a new total balance. It raised high concerns as to whether the server was automatically including the tip in our payment if we’re going to pay with a card compared to cashed. I work in finance and service fees wouldn’t have decreased our bill amount by almost 12 dollars. As we received our change the waitress then asked my spouse “you know the tip is not included right?” We are not a family that goes out to an establishment without tipping but for the assumption that we were not going to tip seemed a bit disrespectful. This ruined our experience for us which was upsetting because the food, drinks and atmosphere were all enjoyable!

   The place is beautiful for photos, but the food is terrible. My Orono salmon repost was brought back burnt and hard. We didn't want to complain because it was Christmas. But the food and service is terrible.

   My first experience was great , this time not so much ,my food wasn’t right , server was kind of rushing us , the place was beautiful for the look but not to much big on the food and service

   Overpriced, overcooked, bland. Clearly you go here for the ambience, I find no other reason

   Waffle fries were kinda warm and soft. Failed to inform me that they ran out of graham crackers for s’mores so I received Oreos instead, which I’m not a fan of. Took 10 minutes for acknowledgment at table and it was difficult to get the server’s attention afterwards. The ambiance and drinks are amazing.

   We got stuck upstairs. Totally different atmosphere, not nearly as good as downstairs. Plus upstairs is where they put large parties, making it very noisy. We were only a party of two. Ordered an espresso martini flight and they messed up the flavors and garnishments. The waiter didn’t do anything to fix it.

   Hot chocolate was amazing. Didn’t get to try any alcoholic drinks as the one we wanted was unavailable. The dynamite shrimp appetizer and the bacon cheddar ranch dip app were very good. Good flavors, shrimp was not spicy. Kids steak didn’t have much flavor. The brisket sandwich had a lot of fat with the meat. The honey crisp apple pecan salad with salmon was better but again, not a lot of flavor. The fries had a spicy flavor. S’mores were good - they toast the marshmallow for you so if you are used to making your own with a perfect brown toasted coating over a real fire, you will be disappointed as they will be crispy black but not warmed all the way through. Would order hot chocolate and apps again, but not a meal.

    You come here for the decorations and cocktails- not the food. This is our second visit and the food is pretty meh each time. Decorations are fabulous and you don’t leave not in the holiday spirit. I’ll continue to visit and enjoy the different decorations they come up with.
