For the month of March we have Jonatan García Lima himself hosting at Upstairs at Trinity, to tell us more about the incredible wines of Suertes del Marqués. Jonatan has blended tradition with modernity to bring some of Spain’s most exciting wines into the limelight. Honouring traditional winemaking methods, using native varieties, and ensuring minimal intervention, these wines resonate with volcanic minerality, echoing the volcanic sands they grow from. This care is carried into the cellar, where everything is carried out by hand. The result of their painstaking work has put the family winery at the heart of Tenerife fine wine. Our wines are at the helm for these evenings, with a carefully complimented set menu cooked by Chef Adam Byatt.
