   Made the mistake of going on a public holiday. Penalty of 17% made the cost of the bill too high. We have been here many times but $230 for four people was excessive. $29 for a plate of dips way over priced. $24 for a large glass of wine was outrageous. (My fault for not checking the menu first) The food is always good. Had 2 Yiros. 1 plate of dips. 1 cauliflower salad. 1 spanakopita. 2 mocktails . 1 soft drink. 1 wine. Will return but not on public holiday. I don’t see why patrons have to pay more to cover paying the staff their penalties. Shouldn’t that be included in your business plan? I sincerely hope you didn’t use casual staff, as they don’t receive penalty rates.

   Thank you Janice for your review! Lovely to hear you enjoyed your meal! Unfortunately we do have to apply a surcharge on Public Holidays to cover the increase in wages on these days. This is not a decision we make lightly but is carefully considered by the business to ensure viability of trade. Easter Saturday is indeed a Public Holiday meaning our staff are entitled to penalty rates. Having said that, we do go to great lengths to ensure everyone is aware of the surcharges on these days. This is done by ensuring all bookings are required to accept an 'Experience' detailing the surcharge, a sign at our front door before walking in signaling the holiday, and we also note surcharges on our regular menu. Most importantly though we are super glad to hear you enjoyed the food and service!

   Food didn't disappoint every plate came out beautifully presented and delicious. It was busy booking essential. I will be going back.

   Love this place. But disappointed not to have pizza anymore. Very busy. Staff over worked. Staff used to be great and so many staff. Now seems there’s not enough staff. One poor guy doing everything other than cooking. Definitely needs more staff. What happened to this place. Used to be fantastic. I figure it changed hands so cut back on staff. Waited ages for drinks and food. Overall we had a great night. Just felt sorry for the staff having to manage it

   I've always enjoyed dining here, just a good down to earth eating out experience, and we always love the roasted cauliflower salad .Tonight we ordered the snapper and chips and it was soooo disappointing, and not what I would expect to pay $35 for.

    An exceptional experience from start to finish. This is our second visit to TB. These guys know food. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent share plates. Customer service - excellent.
