   This was unfortunately the worst dining experience myself and the 3 other people I dined with have ever had. We visited on a saturday and our reservation was at 7:30. Our server didn't greet us until 25 minutes after we had been seated, and only after the table next to us told her we had been waiting longer than them. We placed our entire order since we had plenty time with the menus and our drinks took about another 20-25 minutes. Our apps were a bit quicker and we enjoyed the goat cheese dip but not the calimari, it's texture was very strange, we made jokes it was 'beyond calimari' because of how odd the texture was. The table beside us said they also were weirded out by it and the fact that it was like eating tofu and didn't even taste like seafood. Our mains did not come until about 9:20-9:30. There was a lot of time between when we finished our apps and our table was cleaned to when they arrived. We were given an extremely undercooked burger, a steak that was requested to have nothing on it but came covered in sauce, and a club sandwich with extremely hard bread. Once finally speaking to a manager they re made our burger which took so long that we ended up getting it to go and asking for our bill. Our server seemed very sorry for the entire experience and explained the short staffing issue for the night but at the same time it was just very unfortunate to have such a bad experience in a place we've enjoyed in the past. Between the quality of food and the amount of time we waited between courses or to be greated (or even to just be given water) was wildy bad. The manager did not seem interested in making things better or offering a solution, in general just not receptive to the fact that we had extremely raw and just not edible food which just doesn't help get people to come back after an unfortunate dining experience. Hopefully the next time there's events the restaurant is staffed appropriately.

   We always had a great dinner that this restaurant, but a large table of 17 came with out a res and the Kitchen probably got over loaded. 1.5 hours for my main course, our friend meal come before my app, all came at very different time. I can say the service was good, but again, lots of new faces and maybe just really un organized. By the time I got my main, I was not even hungry

   We had a wonderful experience, four adults and two small children. Our waitress was wonderful. Kind and efficient, she made a great experience even better. The food was delicious. Our cocktails were yummy. Perfect experience!

   This is a great restaurant to attend for a birthday. Our server was very nice and everyone working made us feel so welcome! The food was phenomenal! And we had an overall great experience🤩

   The manager, Sahil, had no customer service experience. We got there at 6 pm and got served at 7 pm. our show was at 8 pm. Normally, a manager would apologize and bring the patrons bread or something to hold them over until the meal arrived. We asked for bread but he asked if fries would be okay. We ask for bread which never came. The salmon was delicious. Recommend that they watch for shows at the Center in the Square and prepare accordingly to be properly staffed.

   It was my first time to TWH and the room they gave for the party was lovely away from the rest of the clientele so we could focus on each other completely. Our server was great and very friendly one of the other staff members came to help once in a while and they were also lovely. The food came out and everything tasted delicious I had the rib eye and it's was cooked exactly the way I liked it. I asked my other 9 what they thought of the food and the flavor was defintly there. The prices for what we got seemed a little steep for the portions we received on some of the dishes. I would return but on a special occasion again but the building was beautiful and the vibe inside was nice so I give a healthy 4 star to TWH

   Best cocktails in KW (better than Sugar Run and Grand Trunk) - great service and decent appetizers.

    The service and food was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Would attend again on the future. The atmosphere was great and the hotel was immaculate and clean.
