   One of the worst experiences at any restaurant in my life. We booked a prepaid Valentines day dinner reservation for 9:15pm. We arrived 15 mins early to check in and saw that there were a dozen couples waiting in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. There is no waiting area so the only option was to stand outside in the chilly night air. There was no option given for us to wait in the car or walk around and have the host call us when the table is ready. You had to stand there and wait for them to come get you. We were not seated until 10:20pm so we waited there for over an hour. As we waited we noticed that tables were being told that their drinks would be free due to the wait as the food and gratuity was already prepaid. The food was cold, poor quality and bland. We were not checked on during our meal and at no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the wait. Nearing the end of the meal around 11:30pm the kitchen became very noisy with chat and laughing and all the staff seemed to disappear. Clearly they decided the night was over and it was time to relax and celebrate while the restaurant was still full of guests who waited super long to be seated. We were charged for our drinks and no one ever came back once they dropped the check so we had no chance to complain. I ordered the artichoke salad (artichokes cleared straight out of a can on a bed of arugula with a few whole sundried tomatoes and oil), Prosciutto and burrata bruschetta, (a thin slice of meat over stale untoasted bread with some decent cheese on top), sweet potato gnocchi (the texture of this dish reminded me of mochi and felt like eating plastic in cream sauce), fresh pasta with ragu (the pasta was beyond chewy and was stuck together as if they made fresh pasta and did not bother to boil it and simply threw it in the sauce before plating. The ragu was strangely sweet and the braised mystery meat was gamey), and limoncello cake for dessert which was partially frozen.

   Made 7:00 reservations on valentines. Weren’t seated till 8:00. Food was great, but timing was really bad. Missed our non-refundable reservation at the second reservation location due to restaurants timing.

   Fantastic food and great service. The fixed menu provided ample choices for each of the five courses. Due to it being Valentine’s Day it was crowded but the manager and staff did an excellent job of getting everyone seated.

   Turci is truly the best spot in all of Central Florida! One of the best parts about Turci is their consistency. No matter if you are the only few in the restaurant or it’s fully packed, every dish comes out the way you’d hope and the level of service is always incredible. Not to mention the food is just amazing!

    Service was very slow. Food was mediocre at best. Kitchen service was also very slow. You’ve been to this location many times and have always had a good experience. Hopefully they were just having a bad day on a Thursday.
