   We cleaned our plates! The new sorghum pepper fried chicken was great. Our old standard of the honey dusted fried dark meat chicken was, as always, fabulous. We alllll had the collard greens- yummy! I tried the chicken tortilla soup as a side & I can't wait to have it again. Your sweet tea is the best in this area. (Being from the South, we think we're experts!)

   Overall a good experience, but the restaurant was out of the wine that we ordered and out of the sweet tea chicken. The mahi mahi had good flavor but was tough and overcooked. The server brought the bill and didn’t offer us dessert.

   We had the best waiter, he was so attentive, timely & helpful. Was a little disappointed in the pineapple sangria, a lot of ice in the drink took away from the flavor. Food came quickly for how busy they were & was very good. Everyone I dined with liked the variety of the menu. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves.

   Genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The food was phenomenal, every dish was hot and cooked perfectly, and the presentations were beautiful. I had some high expectations from the menu and other reviews, and I’m so happy to say my expectations were exceeded. I can’t wait till I’m back in Grand Rapids just so I can come here again.

   Amazingly good experience. When reserving on Open Table, it gave us the option of outdoor seating. There is no outdoor seating so that was a bit off putting, but the service and food was good and the vibe was nice. We’ll be back.
