   I was really looking forward to this meal being a huge Gordon Ramsey fan, I was very disappointed. I had the beef wellington experience and the best thing was the lobster bisque. My son ordered the New York strip and it was not seasoned well at all. My husband ordered a smash burger and it was really good. For something that I had been looking so forward to, I was very disappointed. We will definitely not be going back.

   We had a reservation and arrived early and was told short handed and we needed to come back. However, there were people who did not have a reservation that were seated immediately. That is not right by the hostess. Our server was amazing and very accommodating.

   Amazing food and the staff was very accommodating. Whatever you do save room for the sticky toffee pudding, it was incredible!

   Our third time dining here, and while the previous two visits were excellent, this one was not so great. Indifferent hostess and overbearing waiter which made us feel rushed throughout. Drinks took 1/2 hr to arrive because they had to find one ingredient. The short rib comes elegantly stacked on a plate in layers (risotto ‘cake’, spinach, block of meat, topped with crispy onions). The guy who brought it out pretty much flung it down and the ‘tower’ naturally toppled off the plate and onto the table. Ok, accident. But he just stood there looking at it, clueless. I scraped it up and put it back on the plate. The risotto was over cooked. The short rib was super dry and even the waiter asked if I wanted a sharper knife. Wife had the chicken which was just ok. It had an and uncooked flour taste to it, but the meat was cooked. Strangely the carrots looked amazing but were barely cooked at all. We were not asked if we wanted dessert so I assumed they wanted us out of there. We were happy to leave at that point. Unfortunate visit.

   Our waitress, Ayu, was amazing. The bar was extremely slow and it wasn’t even that busy. The food was simply not up to par for a Gordon Ramsey branded restaurant. The meatballs were dry and bland. The salad was swimming in dressing and the carmalized onions were left off my spouses’s meal. Honestly, the food was Applebee’s quality at an inflated price for the location and the name of the place.

   Wonderful meal, Filet Mignon, NY Strip both cooked to perfection 👌 Sticky Toffee pudding is a must!!!!
