   The service was terrible. We sat for 20 minutes. No one came to us, so I had to go inside and request service. Then we finally got a server who was the worst. We ordered food. The food was terrible. Taco shells could not even be cut with a knife it was chewy. The quality of the food was terrible so we had to send it back. And order something else. the service just kept getting worse and worse throughout our time. Each time we ordered a drink, it would take forever because I think the server forgot to put it in. Even the water we had to request multiple times for the table. Not sure what’s going on at this restaurant, but it was never like this. I will never go back. it was the worst experience ever.

   I eat at my own local true food in Denver and also Chicago frequently and love it. I never send food back but not only did I send my steak back once, but I just gave up on the one they redid. It was inedible. Worst food I’ve ever had. They made it right by taking my steak off the check, but they should’ve compensated more. I will never go back to this true food.

   Everything was great except the avocado toast was not so good. Toast was too thick and hard to eat or even to cut and the avocado was too salty. That’s our only complaint.

   Food was good, but service was abominable. Our waitress took 15 minutes to get our drinks because she was also tending bar. Then food took forever. She didn’t bring it, someone else did. She didn’t check back until we were done eating. We asked for the check and boxes. She left to tend bar again then gossip with some other staff before finally bringing them to us. Very disappointing. She had no care for serving us. The last time we visited was July 2023 and we had a terrible experience, so we waited long before giving it another shot. A manager had reached out via email in 2023, offering us a free meal, but we did not take the offer because we had waited so long. Ironically, we were sat in the same exact table. Once again, we were completely dissatisfied. There were so many staff there tonight and the restaurant was rather empty, yet we were left feeling unimportant and forgotten.

    They did a great job with such a large group. The service was on top of things and the food came out fantastic as usual
