our second time at the new venue , this time rather disappointing . The menu is not particularly interesting ( two rabbit dishes for example , one fish main ) and most of the wines by the glass are decidedly ordinary ( plus no sauvignon blanc ) . Service was pretty amateur too which I guess is down to inexperience and newness . Overall it is a bit too ambitious , gourmet pub food would be a better bet .

Customer service could be better - the little things - make sure customers have water (shouldn’t have to ask), if a customer needs a chair the customer should not have to find their own chair, customers shouldn’t have to hang up their own coats, flatbread was dry - very nice restaurant but there is a lot of competition in Princeton

Visited Triumph for the first time at the new location at Princetons former post office. Always liked their beer and food at previous location but the ambience, food and service at the restaurant are all so fantastic! The potato encrusted shrimp were delicious, the mussels were overflowing and our waiter, TJ was top notch. After dinner we went downstairs to The Cellar for cocktails - another cool spot. We will definitely be back

Our dining experience at Triumph Brewery was exemplary. From reservation to service to the cuisine was top shelf. Triumph has a decent range of food options and wines. Service was prompt and cordial. Definitely dining at Triumph again - either upstairs or downstairs at Der Keller. The bar area is quite cozy as well as the lounge area.

I am hoping next time to make a reservation for the mural room. It has a lovely view of Palmer Square and an historic mural.

The space is very nice and with the tree in Palmer sq, the view was beautiful. The oyster section is minimal , but we tried them. They were good but a bit large for my preference. The special salmon was disappointing. It was over cooked and almost dry. The sauce was scarce. The highly recommended bread pudding was only OK. When I called to say we maybe a bit late, they told me to call back at the time of the reservation....which was only 15 mins away. Staff was not very professional for the level of dining they seem to be trying to do. For the price, I am not sure I will be back.
