    This was our second time dining at Trace’. The food was amazing as was the presentation. The service was outstanding and friendly. We did the wine pair with our food and it was perfectly paired for each course.

    We had the immersion menu with wine pairing, and it was fantastic. Some amazing food, very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. We loved trying some new wines, and the explanation of the regions, and producers was very interesting, and delivered with enthusiasm. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but still not too quiet, I am a bit uncomfortable in some other top restaurants as they are too quiet. We had a great night, and will definitely be back soon. Thank you all very much.

    Trace was every bit as good if not better than any Michelin starred restaurant we have ever visited. Pure passion and craftsmanship. Will return every time we are in Paris. Exceptional.
