Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. At first glance you will notice the bustling activity that characterizes Toulouse: wait staff with wine openers and hot plates of food, people chatting and laughing, the clink of wine glasses… the atmosphere is sophisticated and good moods are contagious. We combine just the right touch of live music amongst a dining setting Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

In the tradition of all fine bistros, Toulouse has imaginative and seasonal menus that provide exactly what its patrons long for: cozy tables open to the street, mouth-watering specialties a la Française, delicious desserts made from scratch and an extensive wine list. Service was extremely slow. The server did not check on us; we had to flag another to order and receive our check. The food came out cold and the drink a long time even though it was an empty night.

This is our second time at Toulouse and it is absolutely the best. The service, the food, the ambiance and everything else is amazing and inviting. Flo, our waiter, was the best and my daughter left a nice note on the receipt. We loved the dessert of the evening ( I hope they will added to the menu permanently)

Loved the ambience, our waiter and all of our food. Music was WAY too loud so we won’t be going back! We asked numerous times to lower the volume to no avail! The louder the music is the higher volume people have to talk. My ears are still ringing🤯. Knox/Henderson Toulouse is very cozy and no loud music so we will go there👍

It is a very nice restaurant. Ambiance was good, food was excellent, each dish had a nice flavor and presented well. Foie gras terrine was excellent, better than other places we hVe tried. Duck confit was also very good, tender and melted in our mouth. Service by our host Ryan was above par.

Welp although we put 'birthday' in the note when booking the seat, we actually didn't receive any birthday cake piece for this reservation. Waiting time for the seat is about 20min, service is pretty kind. Not sure if gonna go next time.

The food was outstanding. We celebrated a birthday today. I had a salad and. my friend had the burger. We topped it off with an enormously puffy soufflé. Delicious! The service was delightful. We were well taken care of but not rushed. It was perfect!
