   This resturant makes for a great date night or just to grab a bite with some friends. I highly recommend going here.

   Excellent food and service. We had the halibut and flank steak. Perfect! And the coconut pound cake was delicious. Also, the sound system and background music were great. Nice to finally find a place where you can enjoy your meal and actually hear others at the table. Well done Top Hat on your Valentines Event1

   We took advantage of the Valentine reservation and special dinner. It was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the side dishes complemented the entree perfectly. It was also reasonably priced. It was a great experience.

   The server knew we had a party of 20, but took dinner orders for the first half of the group who arrived first before taking drink orders of the second half of the group. Appetizers were not offered, but ordered while dinner orders were being taken from the second half of the group. Appetizers arrived after dinner orders arrived for the first half of the group and only 5 minutes before dinner orders arrived for the second half of the group. The server was very attentive to drink refills, then we hardly saw her. We waited 20 minutes for to-go desserts and the check.

    Had a dome reserved and when we got there, all the domes were taken care. Music is too loud in the restaurant.
