   Dining experience was excellent. Justin was as attentive and knowledgeable . I had the veal chop which was expertly presented over squash hash, pre sliced off the bone. The bone in filet was delicious and melt in you mouth. Next time I will order a sauce. Scallops app is a go too. Desserts are house made and enough for 4 to share.

   The service was slow. The server never came to check on us after we received the meal. He was a very nice guy but I think he was overwhelmed. The food was ok. The ambiance was really nice. I’d definitely return hopefully I’d have a better experience. There is potential in this restaurant.

   Paxos fans but tonight was off. The restaurant was not full, bar was terribly slow, one entree came out nearly cold though to their credit, it was rectified with a small comp. Bar was "out of" the first drink we ordered? On a Friday night? No pucker at the bar either after trying to order a replacement drink. We're regulars at Paxos restaurants and recommend them often but tonight wasn't great. Crab bisque soup was outstanding as always. Restaurant has become unbearably loud on weekends. While we do love Top Cut, do not come here expecting a quiet dinner.

   Wagyu is fabulous. Starter salads are very large, so I split one with another. Salads and steaks are great. Best meal near Lehigh University!
