   Me and my family went on Valentine’s Day with a reservation at 8:45pm and we couldn’t enter until 10:00, because the restaurant was over packed. One of the girls in the front desk was very disrespectful towards part of us. Food was great but I didn’t like the service.

   It was a very nice valentines day experience. Chef was outstanding and a showman. The wait staff was patient and positive. And shout out to Michael, the bar tender with helping me out big time! Friendly person and helpful af.

   Waited 30 minutes for table. Within 5 minutes of sitting, server wanted food order. We’re not allowed to order sushi- too busy. Ate both soup and salad before drinks came. Immediately after cook was finished bill was on table, never asked about deserts. Never felt so rushed at a restaurant. Family of 4, $240- should expect more.

   Terrible service. We had reservations for Valentine’s Day: the place was totally chaotic and you can tell overbooked. The guy couldn’t find our reservation on Open table at first and then we were sat outside which in itself was fine. A bit windy. The worst was a server going by that’s said I’ll get to you when I can. He was obviously too busy. We sat there for 15-20 min. No one came and finally a busboy got us menus and nothing for another 10 min. We walked out and left. Horrible experience.

   Absolutely worst experience ever. We had reservations but they way overbooked the restaurant and people were getting up and leaving frustated with the wait time for food. We ordered an appetizer that came out after 25 minutes. Then we ordered Sushi for our meal. After 90 minutes still no Sushi in sight we decided to leave. There was not any accommodation or apology offered for our wasted time. We paid our bill and left. Would never recommend this restaurant. Have no idea how they can even stay in business. Total waste of time and money.

   Generally food was good and so was the service. Because it was Valentine’s Day they rushed everyone through. No sushi or desert was available at hibachi table. Very disappointed that they wanted to turn tables rather than treat customers right.

   Seemed our hibachi chef wasn’t engaged like other chefs around us which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. By the time our food was cooked the rice and veggies were lukewarm warm. I had shrimp and chicken and the flavor was good.

    Our reservation was for 6:15 hibachi and our order was not taken until 7:00. The chef showed little creativity with the food preparation, you knew it was the same thing he did over and over at every presentation. Most of all, the food was bland. I ordered chicken and lobster. The chicken was chewy and flavorless. The lobster I was sorry I ordered because the grilling left it tough and dry. I’ve been wanting to go here for some time so I was hugely disappointed with the whole evening.
