Had a very lovely experience dining here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right blend of comfort and style. The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to our waitress, Madina, who truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, kind, and had such a wonderful energy that made us feel so welcome. Her service was impeccable, and she added a personal touch that made our visit unforgettable. We waited over 2 hours for our mains, 2 of which turned up as tepid warm rather than hot. They did throw in a free shared dessert and £10 off the bill - but really very sub optimal for a £400 meal. Plus side - the sommelier helped me choose a nice chateau neuf de pape. I would not return.

We were wonderfully well looked after by all the team but especially Jade and Alex. Their attentiveness was second to none. This was our second visit and was also part of our trip to London to celebrate our honeymoon. Fantastic food, very knowledgeable staff who made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for the mince pie surprise at the end of our meal. Another wonderful experience. Thank you.

Ambience and views from the restaurant were spectacular! Service from the concierge and waiter were great too, initially. Unfortunately the suited waiter completely forgot one of our dishes as we had kindly requested all meals to come together. We did not expect this from a restaurant of this calibre but nevertheless we tried not to ruin the rest of our evening. Remaining food was still nice.

Was underwhelmed by the experience had expected a experience greater considering it was for an engagement was given a dim lit table and then the dessert was late had to rush the food in the end as it was just taking too long to come out our waiter was very kind and helpful and not a lot of halal option a fair amount got sent back just because it wasn’t good

We booked for dinner and had the 3 course set menu. Positives the food was nice and service was attentive. The view, although spectacular was difficult to appreciate because of the high lighting levels inside. I was hoping for a romantic dinner but it was more like eating at an airport lounge. And the price £260 for two, including £37 service charge was steep for the experience. Good to try but not somewhere we'd rush back to.

I’ve eaten here before and the food was ok, but this time it was amazing. We had the 5 course tasting menu. It was absolutely fantastic. The only downside was that some of the service was lacking. The sommelier seemed to disappear which led to us having to serve ourselves. However, the waiter was really friendly and helpful.
