Located in the historic village of Roslyn, and overlooking Gerry Park and the Roslyn Duck Pond, thyme has a harmonious approach to food which embraces wholesome ingredients with diligent preparation. The finest and freshest ingredients and presentation make all the difference at thyme, and we work closely with local farms and purveyors whenever seasonally possible.

    We had a lovely lunch that had a nice presentation and was delicious! Our server was pleasant and attentive. The room is quiet for conversation and overlooks the Roslyn pond. We would certainly return.

    Thyme is one of my regular spots. The service is always top-notch, and the chef’s talent shows in every dish — everything is prepared with care and packed with flavor. I have a gluten allergy and the staff not only remembers my preferences but goes out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. That kind of attention means a lot. My favorite time of year is when outdoor dining opens. The menu never disappoints and the strawberry shortcake dessert is absolutely over the moon.

    Very diverse brunch menu with good value - price fix was a great idea! Upstairs table had a nice view over the small pond added to the ambiance!
