Featuring a wood fired rotisserie and grill, our cuisine is Italian influenced and prepared with locally sourced produce and the freshest meats and seafood. Last night, I ordered salmon which was incredibly undercooked and inedible. Our outstanding server, Iris, took care of the problem immediately and agreed with me that she had to take it back to the kitchen and serve me a new dish. She apologized profusely. The kitchen manager also apologized. The salmon that they then served me was perfect as usual. We were also offered a complimentary and incredible dessert…chocolate cheese cake which was delicious. We will continue to enjoy great dinners at Thompson 105. Iris was a joy to have helping us.
