Third and Main is a top-of-the-line steak house and tavern in historic Aurora, IN. From in house dry aging our steaks to carrying the largest selection of wagyu beef in the Midwest, we have it all. If steak isn't your favorite we also have a fresh seafood selection weekly with a full sushi and raw bar.

Located in one of the oldest operating taverns in Indiana, Third and Main carries on the historic traditions with an upscale menu in a casual atmosphere. Just a short drive from Cincinnati along the Ohio River, this family-owned and operated restaurant is a great place to get away from the bustle of city living.

Our 120 year old bar is fully-stocked with over 275 different bourbons, domestic, import and craft beers and a variety of select wines we feature proudly. Stop in and have a seat at our 120 year old bar to see why Third and Main is a local Tri-State favorite.

We had a large group of 10 but service was still great! Everyone enjoyed their food, steaks were excellent!

The menu at the restaurant excluded several items ( soup , appetizers, meal items ) that were included on the website . We were told that the Chef had removed these items for a special Holiday menu . Unfortunately the items removed were items we had chosen for our meal . Service and Food were fine although overpriced. If you are a steak or prime rib fan with an unlimited budget 3rd and Main is the restaurant for you.

Good food, poor service. Food not delivered in order. Multiple times to request items. Coffee delivered cold with no spoon, had to use the fork handle to stir. High end food and price with low end service.

Our server Haley was very attentive. Service was great. Our food was outstanding. Three of us had the ribeye special and the meat was done to our requests. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The pasta special was also amazing. The portions are big. We split some delicious desserts, chocolate cake and key lime pie. Two of us enjoyed the Homestead wine selection. We certainly will return.

Amazing food, never disappointed! Hard to find good food anymore but Third & main always delivers. We had the Wagyu strip and Pasta from Heaven. If you like seafood, the pasta is the way to go!

We hadn't been here in a few years but received a gift card for Christmas. Pleasantly surprised - we've never had a bad experience but we were overwhelmed this time by how good everything was! New sushi bar sends out top-notch sushi! Steak was wonderful as was the chicken and deserts. The only little gripe I have is that we waited for nearly 20 minutes to round up our waiter to get our bill and then actually pay. They were very busy. Lovely time here and will be back much sooner!
