   This restaurant does everything perfectly, right down to the desserts. Easily adjusted my reservation for 2 more people. We will be returning to our new favorite place.

   food was delicious. The setting was very intimate as it’s a smaller restaurant run by a team of husband and Wife ❤️.  come to the restaurant when you have time to sit and enjoy. Don’t expect things to be served quickly and you won’t be disappointed.  we loved it and will definitely be back.

   It's was an okay experience. Good for every day dinning. It's NOT good for special occasions. It is too small and too tight for a romantic dinner and cheap.

   Food and service were on point. This was our second time at this restaurant and we will returned. Reservations are recommended as there is limited seating.

   Salmon very good. Steak semi tough. Not warm when served. No choice of vegetable. Martini excellent along with wife’s drink. Slow service. Would probably go back sometime in the future.

   We definitely have a new favorite Italian place! As hard as it is for me to say this, hands down better than any place around the Hampton Roads area - yes better than that place, and yes that place too. The best. Every course was a standout, well prepared, perfectly seasoned, served with care, and flavor authentic as it comes. I lived in Italy for 7 years and this is the first place that truly took me back. Small place so reservations are needed but it will not disappoint. My take best takeaway, our server was so confident in our meal she said she would pay for it if it was not the best. We paid for our meal, and I appreciate that level or confidence. Amazing.

   Always carefully prepared dishes. Very attentive server. The wine list has plenty of choice. This is just a great restaurant.

    We loved the Veranda! It was an unexpected surprise even though we had read the many positive reviews. Most tables in the restaurant were filled, but it is a relatively small venue, so it was quiet enough for conversation. The service was professional but friendly and personal - all from one of the owners - another nice surprise. The drinks were perfectly made and delivered without delay. Most importantly, the food was absolutely wonderful: ample portions, well priced, perfectly cooked, and very tasty! We had the clams and the shrimps appetizers, both with delicious sauces. My salmon was tender and juicy, and my husband's pasta dish was honestly just like my Italian grandmother's. The only negative I could possibly mention would be the bread. It was not the best to accompany the delicious sauce for the clams. Overall, our visit was completely enjoyable, and we will be back!
