   Rich at the Guinness Brewery was fantastic. He took the time to figure out what each of us would enjoy, which wasn’t easy, and made the whole experience super fun. His laid-back, friendly vibe set the tone for a fun and relaxed day. Huge thanks to Rich for making our time at the Guinness brewery so enjoyable!

   Great historic tour of the Brewery. Followed by surprisingly great food. Lots of different options for dining inside or outside. Highly recommended.

   Always a great experience! The staff has always been friendly, attentive, and personable to me and the people with me. When friends visit from out of town, we try to make one trip to the brewery. The beers are delicious, as well as the food.

   Very enjoyable. We sat out on the deck and it was a beautiful day. The food was good and there was a live band. Im not a big fan of using a QR-code for ordering though. Also, the food selection was limited. Overall recommend.

   I am amending my review due to the the excellent customer service of the manager, Mary. Mary called me and followed up until we connected. She wanted to hear about our experience and addressed the issue and corrected the menu. We will return to Guinness sooner rather than later. Nobody and no business is perfect, but caring enough to find out and make adjustments is a sign of respect to the consumer. Thanks to Mary. Honestly a disappointment. Previously, we had enjoyed bringing visitors here due to the uniqueness of the venue and the food has always been pretty good. This time The food was just OK. You should know before you go that service is non-existent. They have adapted to app ordering with no server to ask questions or make recommendations. The process works fine in general, but if you have questions, walk to hostess or the bar. The topper of the evening was when a manager ‘mansplained’ to me how the crab cake sandwich which is listed as served with coleslaw and fries does not really come with coleslaw and fries.

   We love going to the open gate brewery! They’re super accommodating, especially because one of our people in our group of eight couldn’t sit at a table, so they accommodated us to a lower table, which was amazing! The beer is always great and the food is delicious. I would say the only negative about this is how loud it is in there. Other than that this place is so great.

   Food is amazing. Not having a server lacks a personal connection. Yet, the app you use to order, still tries to apply a tip.

    They need a better system to handle charges for a table when multiple people are paying. The food did not taste that good. It had more salt than necessary trying to cover up the taste.
