    The service was horrible. Took 35 minutes to get our salads and 15 minutes to get our tea glasses refilled. It wasn’t till we started asking about our food did anyone check on it. So an hour later we got our food. Food was good. Kitchen was not great. I watched people who came in after us get there food and leave.

    Very poor selection of wine. Wine list wasn't up to date as wine requested not available. Wagyu steak very fatty and not cooked to order.

    Food and service were both outstanding. Crab cake app was delish, we also had the filet which was tender, juicy and mouth watering good.

    The pork chops and the brussels sprouts were very good. I had a five thirty pm reservation. Service was hard on the waitress because of the incredible amount of people she was expected to serve that arrived later. Compared to other excellent steakhouses in the Caesar's Empire, like Harrah's Joliet, the kitchen looked rather rushed and almost out of control. It wasn't the best experience I have had there after many years of visiting. There are no restrooms connected to the steakhouse and one has to use the restrooms in the casino. Those were absolutely disgusting and I brought that to the attention of the restaurant manager. I'm not eating at the restaurant again this year. Hopefully things change next year.

    El restaurant me pareció bien en general y yo pedí una carne New York. Costó $75, lo cual me pareció excesivo en relación al tamaño, ya que era pequeño, lo demás más o menos bien

    We ate at the steakhouse two nights in a row. Our server, Triniti, was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Will be going back again soon.

    We enjoyed every part of our meal service! From starters to salad to entree, sides, and cocktails! Our server Andrea was amazing and we appreciated those supportive servers who alongside her. We sat in a cozy curtained booth! The atmosphere was mood lighting, quiet conversations, and aromatic fragrances from all of the deliciously plated dishes.

    Need a pasta or something that is not meat or fish. We were able to get in early do that was good .
