   We came her a few years ago and had a wonderful dinner, good food and great service. The service was still good but this time the food was just average. The Shrimp Puttanesca my wife ordered was bland and not nearly as good as when she makes it and at $39 for that entree, it was not a good value. I had the Ribeye steak and it was fine.

   We came here a couple years ago and the food was great. Then this last visit the food was horrible. Three of us ordered medium rare prime rib. It came out medium well and dry. And one person ordered the rib eye which was just as bad as the prime rib. The baked potato’s were under cooked and the garlic mashed potatoes were flavorless. They did offer to give baked potato’s after we spoke to the server but as mentioned before they were undercooked and just as bad. The only good thing about the meal were the 4 pieces of grilled asparagus on the plate. Don’t waste your time or money if you want a good steak dinner.

   Servers were great. Food was ok. Not a lot of options for sides. I ordered steak special of night with fingerling potatoes and it was just a few slivers of potatoes under the meat so they were soggy. Big piece of steak but no flavor at all. Partner got prime rib and said it was ok but have had better at many other restaurants. Asked the waiter if the sweet potatoes gratin was sweet and he said not at all because they add stuff to make it not sweet. They were especially sweet. Drinks did the job but very pricey

   They had not told me that everything was a prefixed meal and when we got there, we couldn’t order off the menu. I checked their website several days and there was no mention of prefixed so I was bummed.

   Disappointing! We were not advised until we arrived that there was a special menu, with few choices, due to Valentine’s Day. Since we were not likely to find anywhere else with openings, we stayed. However, the two starters were unusual, and not that wonderful.The Beef Wellington entre was very good, but the broccolini was so tough it was nearly inedible. And most of all, the service was dreadfully slow. Our waiter, who had promised his full attention, was slow to return with requested salt and pepper, and wine, and the noise level made conversation in a booth difficult at best.The company was great, the experience not so much!

   Set menu for valentines dinner was weak. Beef Wellington no good. Salmon. Was fine. Just kind of lame experience. Bar upstairs was fun with live music

   When arrived we were told that it was a limited menu. Only four items on the menus. The Steakhouse is known and named for STEAK. There were no steaks on the menu. We finally ordered an over priced Beef Wellington. It was tasteless and dry. Servered with broccoli that was tough and fibrous. The mashed potato was hard cold and pasty. Worst experience ever. Total bill for party of 3 with tip $236.

   The menu was limited due to being Valentimes Day. However, the food left alot to desire considering it was fine dining. The potatoes were cold, the Beef Wellington was dry. We were not given steak knives, bread was brought late to the table. We were party of 4, the server brought two plates then the second plates were brought at least 5 minutes delayed, all the meals were the same. The dessert was terrible, tasted like raw flour. We would not recommend not returning again.

   Made reservations several weeks in advance for Valentine's day hoping to try their prime rib. Upon arrival for Valentine's dinner we were told the menu was limited for Valentine's and the hostess apologized for not giving us prior notification. She said many customers were not happy. The selection was minimal and the food came out cold. I should have listened to the poor reviews on Yelp. I visit Paso several times a year and will never be back. The bottle of Dao was the best part of the dinner but I can get that anywhere.
