   Servers were great. Food was ok. Not a lot of options for sides. I ordered steak special of night with fingerling potatoes and it was just a few slivers of potatoes under the meat so they were soggy. Big piece of steak but no flavor at all. Partner got prime rib and said it was ok but have had better at many other restaurants. Asked the waiter if the sweet potatoes gratin was sweet and he said not at all because they add stuff to make it not sweet. They were especially sweet. Drinks did the job but very pricey

   They had not told me that everything was a prefixed meal and when we got there, we couldn’t order off the menu. I checked their website several days and there was no mention of prefixed so I was bummed.

   Set menu for valentines dinner was weak. Beef Wellington no good. Salmon. Was fine. Just kind of lame experience. Bar upstairs was fun with live music

   When arrived we were told that it was a limited menu. Only four items on the menus. The Steakhouse is known and named for STEAK. There were no steaks on the menu. We finally ordered an over priced Beef Wellington. It was tasteless and dry. Servered with broccoli that was tough and fibrous. The mashed potato was hard cold and pasty. Worst experience ever. Total bill for party of 3 with tip $236.

   Made reservations several weeks in advance for Valentine's day hoping to try their prime rib. Upon arrival for Valentine's dinner we were told the menu was limited for Valentine's and the hostess apologized for not giving us prior notification. She said many customers were not happy. The selection was minimal and the food came out cold. I should have listened to the poor reviews on Yelp. I visit Paso several times a year and will never be back. The bottle of Dao was the best part of the dinner but I can get that anywhere.

   We had a party of four and had the best service along with the best food. What a wonderful experience for the four of us. We really felt pamper. From the Manager on down we can't say enough good words on how we were treated. Thank you for such a special night.

   Staff greeted us promptly with a smile. Wait staff was attentive but new. Spinach dip appetizer mehh- hard to coordinate with stale tortilla chips. Clam chowder was spiced. New York steak rather grizzled and fatty - if wanted that level of fat would have gone for rib eye. Filet was good - just nothing to shout about. Sides were good. Best of nite was the bottle of Austin Hope Cab! There are better options for steak dining for that price in area.

   Absolutely wonderful experience. Prime Rib was incredible and the sides just as delicious. Amazing meal!
