   Amazing experience and would highly recommend. I booked the table in advance, advising that it was my partners birthday - we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco which was a lovely touch to the evening. I also had pre-advised of an allergy (coeliac) and the table already had an allergen menu placed and staff were incredible. All were willing to help with any queries and ensured everything I opted for was gluten free. All staff were attentive and we were served quickly. Not one bad thing to mention!!

   The food was outstanding. I have some allergies and the waiter was very kind and made sure about my meal for me. I had the catch if the day. I will definitely be going back. A lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

   Three weekends in a row we have had friends visit and each time we've taken them to the Sharksfin and all of them (and us) have had a great meal. Really friendly service and such an iconic location on Mevagissey harbour.

   Efficient staff . The seafood soup was great but the fish and chips were substandard. Little boys of chips. Overpriced.

   Second night in this restaurant. Service was terrible the first night and even worse the second night. They got part of the order wrong, so had to cook from fresh then come up totally annihilated - couldn’t eat it, they look this off the bill and offered a free dessert. Service was diabolical. Was left for long periods with no drinks even when they had been ordered. Totally forgotten about. This was recognised as the first night, they gave us a free drink as we was kept waiting for so long. never judge a book by its cover. Looks a lovely restaurant but don’t be fooled.
