   I always enjoy going to the Rustic. The portobello mushroom with Chimichurri is so delicious. The chicken tortilla soup is so delicious, I wish I could get a pint to go. Our sever was very kind, attentive and friendly. Valet is very efficient and friendly. We are going back at the end of the month.

   We had a large group of kids and ate outside. The service was great. Food was wonderful. The menu had something for everyone in our party. Lots of variety!!

   Website advertised that you could secure your table for free and join them for NYE ALL NIGHT LONG but after taking an Uber there we were told we could only have our table and hour and a half. We ended up sitting at our table until 11:30 when all of a sudden they needed to make room for more reservations... meanwhile looking around there were at least a dozen empty tables. So we ended up having to stand over to the side by the bar they told us was available after we left our table but it was closed and all chairs stacked and put away. The table we were asked to leave never sat another party. Food was okay, WAY WAY WAY over priced. When we were kicked out of our table I went up to the open bar in the front of the place and waited about 15 minutes to order a drink. The one of the bartenders made eye contact long enough for me to smile and begin ordering only for her to walk off completely ignoring me. Not even a " I'll be right with you" I ended up walking around to another spot by the other bartender and after being ignored for a while there too, I think she realized I wasn't going away and finally took my order.

   We reserved our table for 6:30pm on New Years Eve-as advertised by the restaurant - for their New Years Eve party-no fees or tickets and free champagne toast at midnight and live music. At 9:30, the manager comes to our table and tells us we must leave because they have a reservation for 10pm and that our reservation is only for 3 hours. We explain no where on their website or the reservation site did it say that it would be limited time and it’s a holiday party and were there for the band and midnight. We are then told if we refuse to leave then it’s a 4 drink maximum. Seems to me they didn’t have the reservation site set to a holiday party and overbooked as if it’s a normal night and thanks for ruining our time. It was suggested we sit at the bar although no guarantee there would be seats-but if we already had our 4 drink maximum- why tell us to go to the bar???? Highly disappointed-as we love coming here and we came specifically for the holiday party. Who tells paying patrons to leave.

   We were very badly served! I really don't know what happened yesterday. I made a reservation to take my family to visit this place that we always liked very much, but from the arrival we were very badly received! There was a black girl at the reception who gave us a terrible place as a table option! It was a high table with very high benches! My reservation was for 7 people and 3 small children were. I kindly asked them to put us at another table so that the children could sit and she informed us that she could not do that, and there were many free tables throughout the hall! I needed to call the manager of the place to solve the situation and she promptly put us at one of the empty tables she had. I felt ashamed to take my family to this place for the first time and be treated this way. Soon after, already at our new table, the waiters simply jumped our chairs to be able to go through the corridors. One of them even bumped into our table that was next to the kitchen to be able to pass with the plates and glasses. I always go to this place, but this time I felt extremely badly taken care of. My family who was together said they would not return to this place anymore.

   It was totally dissapointed. When we arrived the place at 7:45, they told us they we´re going to close at 8 pm... It was Christmas eve, and they allowed ud to make the reservation. It was completly unacceptable...the just said it was a mistake. Bad expirience.

   I guess timing is everything. We went around 2:30 and our orders got messed up - the appetizers, the entree. The only thing that they got correct was the drinks. The first time we visited was with our daughter and it was a better experience.

   Once again great food terrible service!! Took 25 min to get a beer. We would have had at least 2-3 drinks each. At least $50-60 lost because of that.

    We enjoyed our meal so much! The service was slow turn around on drinks and food came out at different times but overall fine. The music by our table was LOUD.
