    My husband and I have been to the Rustic crust many times and really love it. However, we made a booking on Saturday night for 8pm and took my parents for the first time and, even though the food was still very good and we were waited on well, we were really disappointed as the staff started hoovering up, mopping the floor and cleaning around us when we hadn’t even finished our meal. It really ruined the ambiance - you don’t go out to eat in a restaurant to have people hoover up around you. It was only 9:30pm on a Saturday night too. We were 1 of 3 tables still eating dinner so we weren’t alone. We were really disappointed with this as it made us feel unwelcome and like we had to hurry up our evening, when we’d already spent a lot of money on our family night out. Definitely wait until all customers are out of the restaurant to hoover and mop up next time!
